June 25 , 2007 :
The reunion was an incredible success and a good time was had by all. We know over 1,300 people attended and our dance, beer tent, decade rooms and the whole school were filled with memories, laughter, and good times.

Just one of the events at the reunion, the beer tent, where we also hosted the Sultans of String (with Chris McKhool, 1987 grad) and Hume&Orchestra (all band members Fisher grads - Doug Hume (bass), John Jastremski (lead guitar), Daniel Jackson (guitar, acoustic), Randy Innes (drums), and John Gillies on keyboard). The tent, 40' x 100' by 19' high, complete with three chandeliers, was a big part of the weekend and enjoyed by all.

- 25-11-2002 - Bob Dagenais and his wife are murdered. Many friends from Fisher gather at his funeral and communicate and talk about the wonderful times they had with Bob and at Fisher Park. The idea of a reunion for all years is born.

- 26-07-2003 - fisherpark.net goes live, forums are activated, guestbook is functioning. Initial email addresses are activated. Initial content - particularly in the history section - is now available.

- 26-06-2004 - A mini-reunion of the 1984 graduating year took place at the Carleton Tavern off Parkdale, beginning at 11:30 AM.
- 12-07-2004 - The Fisher Years - images from every FiPaHi and year - is launched with one year, 1975, containing content.
- 12-10-2004 - Major update of look and feel and various parts of the site completed

- 19-02-2005 - Ongoing removal of spammers from Forum and Guestbook continues. A catastrophic failure of my scanner has slowed me down - will need to obtain a new one in the near future.
- 30-05-2005 - Guestbook is repaired, and I have a new scanner (an HP). Don Mitchell has fully scanned 3 years of the FiPaHi yearbook (51-53) which I am in the process of adding to the site - samples are up there now.
- 28-10-2005 - A new Guestbook has been added, to ensure quality and remove more spammers. Marilyn Deslauriers scanned Issues 6-9 of FiPaHi and provided them on CD, started to be placed on the site.
- 01-03-2006 - Planning is now in high gear. The school board has been contacted about the dates, hundreds of people are aware of the reunion, a new forum has been added that is more secure, with decade rooms. 60% of yearbooks have been scanned.
- 15-01-2007 - Many meetings later, a schedule is now designed and we have a planning meeting at the school at 7:00pm on January 24, 2007.
- 01-03-2007 until 20-06-2007 - Bi-weekly meetings are held with a core planning committee to ensure all components of the reunion are thought through to the last detail.
- 22-06-2007 - the Reunion opened with everything in place. A phenomenal weekend ensued.
